Choose the meal plan option that best suits your diet and lifestyle. Every Friday, you will receive a 5-day dinner plan in your email inbox. Each meal consists of a main dish and 1 or 2 side dishes. You will get an organized grocery list. With just one trip to the store, you will be armed with fresh dinners for the work week!
Plans are available in one week, 1 month, 6 month, or 1 year increments. The more you buy, the more you will save: plans can be less than $2/week! Click on each plan to review pricing.

Meal Planning Options
Healthy Family Meal Plan: Includes a five day menu of fresh recipes and an organized grocery list.
Low Calorie Meal Plan: Each meal contains less than 650 calories total and limits cholesterol, sodium, and calories from saturated fat.
